Rodolphe has a solid knowledge of the manufacturing sector. He is dedicated to optimizing the efficiency of the sales function. Of French origin, he also has a good understanding of commercial realities in North America, France and Europe.
One of his favorite fields is sales management. Over the years, he has designed a range of services and tools that enable his customers to structure and optimize their sales departments by increasing the synergy of their sales teams.
In addition, Rodolphe was Director of Marketing and Business Development at a high-tech start-up, before moving on to hold the positions of Product Manager and Innovation Manager at a major Quebec company specializing in the manufacture of injected plastic packaging products.
As a senior consultant in business strategy management, he specializes in implementing corporate strategies, performance dashboards and management systems for marketing and sales functions within organizations.
He holds an MBA in International Business Management, as well as a degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering from the University of Aix-Marseille. He also has solid experience as a consultant, speaker and coach.
